Sand Blocks Levels 631-640: Ten New Boards From 1 November 2026

Levels 631 through 640 of Sand Blocks: Drop Puzzle arrived on 1 November 2026, taking the archive to 640 boards. Previews and video solutions for all ten, plus why the second half of this batch punishes an early commitment.

Levels 631 to 640 are live as of 1 November 2026

The site moved from 630 to 640 levels today — a full batch of ten, the first since the daily limit went up at the end of October. All ten boards sit in the Expert band, and the layouts keep drifting in the same direction: fewer wasted colours, narrower feeder columns, and pits that only pay out once a neighbouring lane has been cleared first.

Ten more boards are queued for the runs ahead, so 641 through 650 land on the same schedule.

Each level has its own page with the board preview and the video solution. Jump straight to whichever one stopped you.

These notes describe how the new layouts behave. The exact order of taps is in the video for each board, and copying a sequence from a different layout is usually what causes the first restart.

Boards that only pay out after a neighbour is cleared

The pattern that shows up most often across 631 to 640 is a pit fed by a lane that another colour also needs. Clearing the obvious pit first looks efficient and then leaves the awkward one with an empty feeder and no way to refill it. On these boards the correct move is usually the boring one: drain the pit whose lane you can still see full, and let the second one wait.

What tends to decide these boards:

  • Read the lanes before the pits. Count how many colours pass over each corridor. The corridor carrying three colours must not be opened by the one that finishes fastest.
  • Hold a colour rather than spend it badly. Sand that arrives early at a pit the layout does not want yet still occupies the floor it crossed. Save it for the lane that closes.
  • Re-plan after the first restart, not at the timer. A board that is failing usually fails by the third or fourth tap. Ten failed taps later you are working with a layout that no longer resembles the one you studied.
  • Use the video when two orders look equally valid. On dense batches like this the difference is a handful of cells, and the recording settles it faster than trial and error.

If a colour stops arriving at its pit, restart early with a clearer order rather than pushing a half-fed board to the timer. The videos above show that order for each board.

Level 641 is next in line and gets the same treatment once it publishes: one page, one preview, one video solution.

Focss Games is the small editorial team that builds and maintains Sand Blocks: Drop Puzzle Guide. We play through every board we publish — from the tutorial openers to the Expert-tier endgame past level 250 — and record a clean, unedited clear of each one. The written guides stick to pull-order principles we actually play by: the exact moves live in the video, never in invented text. When a walkthrough is flagged as wrong, we re-play the board from scratch and fix it. If a clear is on this site, we made it ourselves: no AI-generated guesses and no paid hints.
