What do the difficulty tiers mean?
Levels 1-99 are Beginner, 100-199 are Intermediate, 200-249 are Advanced, and 250-290 are Expert. The tier reflects how much planning a board needs under the clock - every level can be cleared with the right pull order.

Why do I keep getting stuck on the same level?
Most stuck runs come from pulling one color too early and walling off another color's sand. Fill the biggest pit first, leave scattered colors for last, and when one color blocks another, clear the blocking color first.
